Client Brief
Front Garden requirements:
To create a front garden that has a sense of arrival and gives the house strong curb appeal. Key is to add structure and interest via evergreen hedging, topiary and low boundary walls.

- Low boundary walls and pillars rendered and painted white

- Plant borders to anchor the house and driveway

Rear Garden requirements:
To create a modern contemporary garden for dining and entertaining large groups of family and friends.
- Adult entertainment space. Patio area large enough for 8 -12 people to dine, area for sofas & fire pit.
- Modern wood clad gym building
- Hot tub to be relocated in the garden with pergola cover
- Paving to be modern and contemporary but not too expensive
- Path to run from new side gate up to the gym
- Large lawn area for client’s son to play football. Lawn area to be levelled
